Fig, Blueberry & Feta Salad
A summery salad perfect for entertaining or just a special treat for yourself

Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed leaves
- 2 figs quartered
- 125 grams blueberries
- 100 grams Persian feta
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with glaze to serve. Sprinkle with a few pomegranate seeds or walnuts to serve if desired.
Notes
- This salad goes really well with barbecued chicken breast or white fish for additional protein.
