High Protein Chocolate Avocado Mousse
With a scoop of protein powder this mousse is higher in protein and full of good fats compared to the average chocolate mousse. It only takes two seconds to make, too!

Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 30 g Whey protein concentrate (Beneprotein or Boomers both work weel)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or with a stick blender until smooth.
- Divide between 4 shot glasses before serving
Notes
- You may need to adjust the ingredients a little depending on the size of your avocado.
- I like this with Beneprotein as it is clear and tasteless, but you could also try a chocolate protein powder, depending on your taste.
