Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 small avocado diced
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 1/3 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Toast the bread.
  • Top with ricotta, avocado & tomato.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to serve.
