Ingredients

pitted dates
soaked in boiling water for 10mins

walnuts or almonds

cup
almond meal

tbsp
cocoa powder
or chocolate protein powder

tsp
chia seeds
1
tbsp
instant coffee in 60ml boiling water
or 1-2 espresso shots
Instructions
Blend nuts, almond meal and chia seeds in a food processor
Add cacao, dissolved coffee and dates and blend until well combined (you may need to scrape down the sides a few times).
Spoon heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls and roll in coconut if you’d like.
Store in fridge for 10 days, or freeze.
