Mango Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh mango or 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.

Notes

  • Add a little more or less milk to suit your preferred consistency
  • If you’re feeding others, 2 bariatric serves are equal to one regular, non-sleeved serve. Use the slider above to adjust the serving sizes you need. 
  • Pop the second serve in an air tight container (a glass jar works well) for tomorrow!
