- 1 fresh mango or 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- Add a little more or less milk to suit your preferred consistency
